Step 1: Add your risks and mitigations
Start off by uploading your risks to our database. Your risks will be stored with us for future use, which is super handy for when you have multiple events.
Make sure your risks have mitigations. Which is basically the things that you're doing to prevent those risks from occuring, or minimising the negative impact if they do happen.
If you already have a database of risks and mitigations, you can upload them on a spreadsheet to save you some time! Just download our handy template.
Step 2: Add your categories
Categories are the things that associate risks with different activities. You might have categories that are associated with certain locations, eating food, caring for minors, or specific categories for particlar games that you play.
Step 3: Add your event
Finally, add a new event and fill out the event details including the categories that are relevant to your event.
Step 4: Print your Risk Assessment!
Print off your risk assessment!
